Can SendFox GDPR/DPA‑compliant and suitable for European B2B/B2C?
Yes—SendFox is fully GDPR‑ and DPA‑compliant and works for both B2B and B2C businesses worldwide.

Does SendFox provide SMTP access?
No. Instead of exposing raw SMTP credentials, we use domain validation: once you validate your own sending domain in SendFox, you can send from any email address on that domain without needing separate SMTP settings.
Can I customize the appearance of RSS‑generated Smart Campaign emails?
The default Smart Campaign layout is fixed, but you can always edit the generated email in our HTML editor before sending.

Empire Add‑On: Advanced HTML editor for full design control
Can I add contacts via the API without double opt‑in confirmation?
All Lifetime accounts require double opt‑in by default. To skip confirmation for API‑added or form‑submitted contacts, you must upgrade to the Empire Add‑On monthly plan, which lets you disable double opt‑in.
Is there a native Divi (WordPress) integration for capturing subscribers?
No official module, but you can use the community‑built "SendFox for Divi" plugin:

Is there a Shopify integration to sync customers and purchases into SendFox?
Not yet. You can build a custom integration via our API or use Zapier/Pabbly Webhooks. We've logged Shopify integration as a future feature request.
Can I use a custom domain for SendFox Smart Pages?
Not currently. All Smart Pages live on SendFox | Free Marketing Tools for Content Creators URLs. We've added custom‑domain support to our feature roadmap for future consideration.
