So what will you be doing all day:

  • Help our Sumo-lings out with any requests or tech support issues via e-mail
  • Provide an outstanding customer service experience so awesome that the
    Sumo-lings have to brag about your awesomeness on appsumo.com/happy
  • Respond to & document customer feedback
  • Update FAQ to make life easier for everyone

Hours: Full-Time
Location: Austin, TX

Here's the experiences our ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience using help desk ticketing program (we use Desk.com)
  • Ability to prioritize customer requests
  • Super friendly and happy personality that can be conveyed through e-mail. Being rude to a customer is never acceptable
  • Goal is to resolve the customer's requests with 1 e-mail response so being able to anticipate the next questions is awesome
  • Very Reliable
  • HTML experience
  • Understands the importance of following directions and double-checking themselves
  • Treats their work like it's their own company
  • Passionate about helping people and leaving a positive impression, always
