Can you make this so we can manage it for clients? I'm sure that's what 90% of the people here will be asking. We need to be able to hook up multiple payment options to individual accounts so we can separate it out and know who's getting what. Seems like an awesome tool but most people on Appsumo manage clients accounts. Thanks!

Hi there,
this is Simon. CTO of EventsFrame. This is a great question and I'm sure it will be asked many times so let's clear this.
Currently we only offer one EventsFrame account per one organiser and one payment method of each kind per account. Some of these limits are because of technical limitations. But some by decision. What you are in fact asking for is sub-accounts or agency accounts. That's more advanced feature which we don't have yet implemented but we already discussed it internally and we are planning to do it in Q1 of 2019. Currently we are not offering it as a part of this AppSumo campaign because it's more advanced feature is only for higher tier plans. And event those will most probably have around 5-10 sub-accounts. I recommend you to buy multiple accounts of EventsFrame today here on AppSumo and use each for different client. After all each of them is unlimited and comes with no ticket fees forever.

Cheers,
Simon

That's a deal breaker for me... I don't have real clients for that right now and probably could have non-profit organisations that could be interested... So, buying multiple codes for fictive clients, that will not pay that much isn't for me...

If you would consider with stacking two codes to get Agency or at least say that you will consider giving Appsumo users BIG discount when Agency is release could be interesting, but not in the current format...

I run a Circus School, we have a stage at it.

I bought this deal already, but it would be great to give different access levels to users.

So if I have a client that hosts a workshop, I can set them their own login, they can check people in, see how well their sales are doing, and not see my other bookings in the space. I understand the pay thing.. Like at the end, I have to send them payment... But for access, and per event.. This would make life so much easier!

As it looks now, I will have to have like a front desk person to check on everyone.. While this is ok.. If there could be a way to break it up a bit, to give access to other events happening in one location or something.. That would be AMAZING!

Cheers and looking forward to growing with you.
-Tim

Hey Tim,

We will be providing access for you to add multiple users. They will have access to all events in your account. We may go further in future to allow granularity with their event access.

What we're not offering here is the ability for different payment methods on a per-event basis inside one account.

Thanks for your kind words and I hope your events go well!

Hey, I'd like to know:
- will your system also create the ticket and in which format (PDF, QR-Code etc.)
- will it help me to scan the tickets and / or otherwise verify the purchase and ticket tier? Meaning: when I'm at the ticket counter of one of our events will your system help me to let people in by verifying they purchased?
- will your system help me to sell tickets directly at the event at the counter or can it only help me to sell tickets upfront?
- can we translate the strings to have different languages or what languages are available
- and also: is your system and service GDPR compliant?
Thank you.

Hey there and thanks!
1. Upon purchase eventsframe emails a link to the the attendee with the ticket.
2. Each ticket has a unique code that can be cross-referenced, QR codes are not yet implemented but this is definitely under discussion.
3. You can use EventsFrame as 'kiosk' style to sell tickets at the event, receiving cash or credit card at the door
4. Currently we are only supporting English...we know we need to expand this!
5.Yes we are fully GDPR compliant and hosted on Google Cloud servers
Many thanks!

If there is no unique barcode or QR code, how are the tickets processed/ marked redeemed? Is this a manual process or is there a capability within EventsFrame for the redemption of tickets? Also would this include tracking attendance-no show-capacity data?

Hi Just_S we are adding QR code generator and check in by early 2019 or earlier if there is high demand, and included in the AppSump offer.

Cheers,
Dan

HI there thanks for your questions:
1. The attendee gets an email confirmation. We are planning to add QR codes in the future but don;t have any check in functionality now
2. As above we don't have any check in functionality now
3. The system is designed for online but you could sell tickets at the event by walking the attendee through buying a ticket on the portal (we have done this)
4. Sorry only English
5. Yes GDPR compliant

A couple more questions.

1- I am not sure what microsites are. Can we have the events fully hosted on our site or are they just embedded on your site?
2- Can I use this to post events aggregated from other places. Or is it mainly focused on ticketing.
3- Do you have a wordpress plugin
4- Do you have different layout options including filters where users can filter through events easily on a website.

P.S. I am very into events website. I currently use eventon as my backbone wordpress plugin and I have been looking for an alternative.

Thanks!

Hi there and thanks for your questions!
1. The events are given their own eventsframe.com url, but they can also be embedded on any site you own
2. EventsFrame is focused on ticketing your events, not as an aggregator for other events
3. Great question - not yet but we do want to work on this and I will speak to our developer about this possibility
4. Right now we do not have the ability to filter events - again this is something we would love to have on the roadmap.
We think the power of EventsFrame is in its ticketing and discounting features.
Thanks again!

Embedding will kill your SEO because the content is not hosted on your site and any natural backlinks you might get for the event will be for the eventsframe.com website (since that is the original version) . This is a deal breaker in itself. Let's say that you own a restaurant that organizes events every week. Instead of your restaurant website receiving the backlinks and the traffic that comes with them, eventsframe.com will.
