Bye Bye Eventbrite

Wow thanks for your review very much appreciated!! As an event organiser myself at one point I was spending over $8000 a year in Eventbrite fees and this was a huge driver to start developing EventsFrame.

If "This event is proudly powered by EventsFrame" can't be removed from the embed then it's a total deal breaker. I'm not going to pay for a service and then advertise for them on top of it.

a good alternative to Eventbrite
I've done dozens of live events and used all the major ticketing services, including Eventbrite. Just got EventsFrame, still learning how to do everything, and haven't been through a complete event with it yet, but so far, so good.
One of the big reasons I hear from people who use Eventbrite (and put up with their high per-ticket fees) is the "discovery" element which allows people to find you when booking other events on Eventbrite. EventsFrame does not have this, so if you're relying on other people (or automation) to sell your events, it may not be for you. If you're doing you're own marketing though and want a direct solution to handle ticketing for you, I think it's a great option. Nice interface, no per-ticket fees, and they don't put a hold on your money because it works directly with your payment processor.
Good for people doing seminars, musicians, comics, live performances, and anything else you need ticketing for.
