Q: Integration with WooCommerce and batch creation in a course
1) If we integrate purchases through Woo Commerce, then will it create the user accounts and enroll them automatically or do we need extra plugin for that or need to do manually
2) I want to install it on a new domain or a sub-domain then my regular website. Then will you assist in installing it on a new domain? Do I need to install Wordpress before that?
3) If Academy LMS and Woo Commerce are on both different domains, will it be possible to link them.
4) Can we create batches or groups in the course to see progress of the group and enable some lessons batchwise? Like recordings of live classes can be shared groupwise.
5) Migration of courses from Moodle is possible?
6) Any Gamification or leader board feature
7) Will the user receive automated reminders for assignment and live classes on email and WhatsApp

Jul 1, 2025A: 1. WooCommerce Integration:
No extra plugin is needed. User account creation and course enrollment are handled automatically after a successful WooCommerce purchase.
2. Installation on New Domain or Subdomain:
Yes, we’ll assist you with installation on a new domain or subdomain—no problem at all. You will need to have WordPress installed beforehand.
3. Using Academy LMS and WooCommerce on Separate Domains:
This is not natively supported. However, you may explore SaaS automation tools (like Zapier or Pabbly) that offer integration for both platforms to achieve this workflow.
4. Course Batches or Groups:
Yes, using our Group Plus Addon, you can assign courses to specific groups and track their progress. However, sharing live classes with only certain students is not currently supported—you’ll need to assign those via courses, and all enrolled students will have access.
5. Moodle Course Migration:
Direct Moodle migration isn’t supported. But you can export your courses from Moodle as CSV files, reformat them according to our supported structure, and then import them into Academy LMS.
6. Gamification and Leaderboards:
We currently support GamiPress integration. Additionally, we have plans to launch our own native Gamification and Leaderboard features soon.
7. Automated Reminders (Email/WhatsApp):
We don’t currently support automated reminders for assignments or live classes via email or WhatsApp. However, we do offer multiple email trigger options. For live sessions, you can set up reminders directly through Zoom or Google Meet.
