Q: Phishing attack notice - no reply from support?
I write here, frustrated after sending 4 support emails and 0 response (as other AS users have experienced).
I received a security email from Netcraft: "We have discovered a phishing attack on your network. hxxps://newsletter.XXX.org[.]au/url/ver/804533476/3250052/1e615ff68e8364ee35ff70b44c271e9e/ [185.2.150.182]" GSC email, "affected pages have been demoted in Google’s search results"
I emailed your support y'day, no reply. Advice on AS is consistently: "If you haven't received a response, please provide your email." This pattern of poor support is unacceptable.
My 3 emails in March were about features, not urgent, but a security issue should be considered a priority, deserving a response. I shouldn't need to publicly post my email ad. before Acumbamail actions support.
Please address the phishing attack notice, respond to my email.
Hello! I'm looking into additional segmentation options and was hoping you could help. So far in Acumbamail, it seems like we’re only able to segment users based on basic behaviors—whether they’ve opened or clicked a specific email, or a set of emails.
I’m wondering if there are more advanced options available. For example, can we segment users who haven’t opened or clicked an email in the past year or last 90 days? Or based on other actions, like browsing behavior, adding items to cart, or starting the checkout process?
Any insights you can share would be really appreciated. Thanks so much in advance!
I am new to Acumbamail. I followed your instructions for setting up DKIM and DMARC, I got my webhost to make the settings... however when I verify in Antispam settings it says it cannot verify either. I am stuck and need to send a newsletter urgently. I sent you a message via your site, no answer, I then emailed to your support@acumbamail.com where I sent all of my cloudflare settings asking you to help point out what I need to do... I got an response from you just repeating your instructions... I have written 2 more emails asking you to help me... and so far no response. Please will you help me so I can get going and send my newsletter?

Hello I sent email no response need help converting open page to get English it is set to Spanish cant read can please help isn't giving me the option to switch to English no more
You need to select English in your account settings. If you can't find it, please, send us an email responding to your previous message and we'll help you.

Thanks for your question. We want you to know that we understand your concern.
Sometimes, Google launches a false positive, and although we correct it as soon as possible, the warning may still reach any domain that points to it.
You don't need to do anything, and it doesn't affect the reputation of your domain in any way.

Thanks for your question!
You can create segments based on three parameters:
- By the fields you have configured in the list
- By subscriber behavior in the campaigns sent to that list
- By subscriber quality
