Q: Despite verifying my domain and emails, I've sent over 2000 emails that have not reached my audience.
I had a Google Meet call with Google support, who said SPF records are necessary for email delivery. However, your team didn't provide the required IP rating and IP address/server name to update my SPF records. As a paying customer, I expect this information to ensure email delivery. I've spent $1.5 per lead and need emails to reach them.
Please provide:
1. IP rating and IP address/server name for SPF records.
2. Clarify why your team thinks SPF records aren't required despite Google's statement.
3. Help resolve email delivery issues.
I need a urgent response, as my campaign is time-sensitive.

The SPF tells us which IPs can send emails using each domain in question. The best thing about this protocol is that you do not have to configure anything, in Acumbamail it is already configured by default.
If you need more info about SPF records, send us an email to support@acumbamail.com.
I hope it helps.
Best,
Alicia
