I purchased the plug-in and installed on a fresh WordPress installation with the recommended settings and no additional plugins installed but the Biz Theme will not work and 7 days after opening a support ticket, I've received next to zero response. I did finally receive a response after I mentioned requesting a refund, the site was still broke. Nothing resolved, just another additional 2 days of waiting for a response.

When the BizList Core (required) addon plug-in is enabled the site crashes with the generic, "WordPress has encountered a critical error contact your administrator" message. If I disable the plug-in the site loads fine.

With all of this being said, I had hoped this would have turned out better but since the developer doesn't respond in a timely manner through their ticketing system I've given up any hope on this product being a viable and reliable solution for my project.

I saw huge potential in this product in the upcoming future. Considering the initial offer and the upcoming features in the RoadMap, I can say this is a good investment for me to have this one. I have become a Buyer from a beta tester. The offer is unmatched in this current segment.

Although I had issues redeeming my AppSumo code/license, the issue was handled professionally by sending me a temporary license while issue was being resolved. They shouldn't receive a bad rating for that; it's a new product after all. These things can happen to even large establish companies.
I have being exploring the demo (FodStar) which is a great design but there is a small learning curve especially with the addons, setup and the implementation. It should be more streamlined. I think some of these addons should be added as toggles in the main aDirectory plugin, unless in the future it will be sold individually.
Also, I do not like or use Elementor, but support said I can use any theme, like kadence, or Block builder plugin by utilizing shortcodes. I have not tried a different theme or page builder yet but will do so soon.
Overall aDirectory is very promising. Hope in the future they go beyond the use of shortcodes for Gutenberg blocks. Blocks are the core builder of WordPress pages and its future.
