AgenticFlow

Q: Full-stack + multi-agent user. Why can’t the Copilot handle full A-to-Z workflows for real estate automations?

I’m automating property management flows like auto-closing maintenance tickets based on Buildium Email updates. I need real logic: trigger → check emails for comment → close → notify → archive. But Copilot can’t retain step-by-step logic or handle smart sequences.

Also, I’m routed through Pipedream to monitor email inboxes, but I’m new to APIs and hoped for fewer steps or at least better onboarding around email triggers.

Support has been helpful so far — but as someone investing long term, I need to know:
• How responsive is customer service going forward?
• Will AI agents and workflows become more intuitive over time?
• What’s planned for simplifying advanced use cases?

I’m seriously vetting AgenticFlow for daily operations, not just experiments. Please advise.

A: Hey President365,

Thanks for being a full-stack Tier 4 + Multi-Agent user and for this really valuable, honest feedback. It's crucial for us, especially as we're a lean team working hard to build out these advanced capabilities. I understand your points about the Co-pilot and streamlining complex setups like your Buildium automation.

1. Co-pilot & A-to-Z Workflow Generation:

You're right, the current Co-pilot (even with its new UI you might have seen in some templates) is still evolving. While it's getting better at understanding requests and assisting with individual steps or suggesting node configurations, generating a complete, stateful, multi-step A-to-Z workflow (like your "trigger → check email → close ticket → notify → archive" flow) from a single natural language prompt is a highly complex AI task (Level 6 type autonomy) that we're building towards, but aren't fully there yet.

Moving Forward with Co-pilot: Our vision is absolutely for the Co-pilot to become a much more active partner in workflow creation. We're focusing on:

- Enhanced AI Assistance: Making it smarter at interpreting your goals and suggesting entire sequences or common patterns.

- Interactive Building: The Co-pilot will increasingly be able to work with you to build, debug, and modify workflows – even making changes on your behalf based on your instructions.

- Voice Commands (Future): Yes, voice command instruction for the Co-pilot is on our mid-term roadmap to make building even more intuitive.

Email Triggers & Onboarding (Pipedream):

I get it – relying on an intermediary like Pipedream for email triggers when you're new to APIs isn't the seamless experience we want.

Simplification Plans:
- A native "New Email Received" trigger node (for Gmail/Outlook via MCP) is a high priority to simplify this.
- Better onboarding guides and templates specifically for email-triggered automations.

Your Long-Term Questions:

- Customer Service Responsiveness: As a lean team, we're doing our best to keep up with the fantastic AppSumo interest! For Tier 4 + MAS users like yourself, you are absolutely a priority. We're streamlining our support channels (email, Discord, upcoming community enhancements) and aim to improve responsiveness as we grow post-launch.

- Intuitive AI Agents & Workflows: Yes, this is a continuous core goal. The Co-pilot evolution is key here. Also, the full integration of MCP actions as drag-and-drop nodes in the Workflow builder (ETA very, very soon!) will make building much more visual and intuitive than relying on API Call nodes for everything.

Simplifying Advanced Use Cases:

- Multi-Agent System: Designed to break down complexity.
- Smarter Co-pilot: To help configure and debug.
- Better Native Nodes: For common advanced patterns like human-in-the-loop approvals, complex data transformations, and state management within flows.
- More Pre-built Solution Templates: For common industry use cases like property management automations.

We are genuinely committed to making AgenticFlow a platform you can rely on for daily operations. Your Buildium use case is exactly the kind of real-world, valuable automation we want to make easier to build and manage.

Let's definitely use our upcoming call to dive into your specific Buildium flow. We can look at the best current way to structure it and discuss how upcoming features (like MCPs in workflows and the evolving Co-pilot) will simplify it further.

Thanks for your investment and for pushing us to be better – it's how we'll get there!
— Sean
