Q: Do Appsumo lifetime accounts included in the new Agiled app?
To be honest, I haven't been able to use my Agiled since I purchased 2 accounts, but I was able to redeem and access the accounts a few times. Until the new Agiled.
I was wondering if the accounts purchased via Appsumo are included in the new Agiled? if so? how? I don't any emails from Agiled via account recovery. If I use sign-in, my email addresses are not recognized as a valid account, so as if I am signing up again and being offered 50% discount instead.

I got an email this morning saying AgiledX is live but the only option is to purchase a month to month plan and no mention of the people who have existing lifetime plans to get access to it.
What is the plan to the people on lifetime plans from the old platform to the new platform?
Spot on. That exact pattern has become way too common lately. You buy a lifetime deal, and halfway through, they slap on a disguised "rebrand/upgrade" and force you to pay again just to keep using the tool. I woke up today to find my databases, company info, and invoices completely cleared out for a brand-new interface. Checked the email, and sure enough, they want more money to unlock AgiledX.
However, I think we can all be assured that Asad and his team have no intention of bringing the LTD supporters into this new Agiled X platform.
Stating that Agiled will still be up so they 'can continue to fix bugs' tells me all I need to know. Meaning, they are admitting the Agiled product is STILL broken in areas, and they don't have to migrate over because technically it still exists.
Please help me to understand how AgencyPro isn't just another attempt at ignoring your LTD purchasers from before. We were early adopters of your 'Other' CRM tool (Agiled), and we have been patiently waiting for what you (Asad) claimed would be a major update to fix all known bugs and take the platform to the next level - AgiledX. Instead, we have gotten silence and now there is AgencyPro...what gives?

They just launched it. Completely separate product. "Agiled Classic" is now in maintenance mode.

Q: Agiled app seems to have become agiled.ai. Why do I have to now get a subscription?
I purchased the lifetime version but that is not recognised now. Is our original purchase going to applied to this version?

Jun 25, 2026A: Yes, Sumolings will be able to migrate their plan to agiled.ai once we announce it.

I'm also an original LTD Agiled.app but how do I now get across to the new version? the link in the email you sent out today doesn't take me there.
