We might revise all default translations down the road but you should be to translate the platform entirely yourself using custom translations, Settings > Custom Translations
About changing custom fields position, we don't have immediate plans for this but will surely be a nice option.

I opened a test account and discovered, that German is already available, but the quality of the translation is well... bad.
Ist it planned to be improved?
Additionally - will there be an option to define the position of custom fields in the UI?
