Regarding the operation consumption doubts:

Indeed, in the operations model, the API-based trigger consumes operations when requesting new data. To mitigate this feature, we prepared a guideline with recommendations to optimize operations consumption: https://albato.com/blog/publications/how-to-save-operations

There are three points I would like to highlight in this respect:

1. Taking into account this fact, we offer consumption limits that are generous compared to other providers.

2. Work with webhook triggers whenever possible.

3. For those apps that do not offer webhook triggers, make sure you set up an optimal request time based on your needs using the automation schedule feature.
