Unfortunately no documentation and poor support
Very disappointed.
It sounded like a good idea to replace make or happier, but unfortunately there is no documentation so no way to understand what can be done and what you're doing on Albato.
It seems only developers can understand the technicality, since even the support team can't answer most of the questions. Not to mention it takes about a week to get an unsatisfying answer.
Almost a year later I'm left with no automations in place and went back to make.
This is supposed to be no code guys, why make it more complicated than make or happier ?
Shouldn't a manual comes first when you make things so complicated?

We understand the importance of robust documentation and are working hard to expand our tutorials. We are constantly improving our Help Center, creating new videos on YouTube, adding instructions weekly to the blog, and last year, we launched an Academy with two courses (the third is yet to be announced). * Integration with facture.net was not viable due to the fact that the service in question does not support the API.
* Errors reported with ClickUp were properly handled by the team.
* Improvements were made to the integration with LinkedIn and the app is, currently, working properly.
* The team has created the requested automations in your account for ease of use.
