Q: Delegate chat

Can my team or the setting allows this to auto delegate chats to agent A so that Agent B cannot view the conversations? Also agent A can pass the chat to agent B?

A: Hello.
Yes, once agent A is assigned to the conversation, agent B won't be able to see the chat. Also, chat can be transferred from one agent to another.

Lately the response is taking too much time and I have a query since 3 days ago with no response.
A deeper integration (product recommendations, cart actions, order status lookups, etc. directly through the chatbot) would be a huge value-add for anyone running WooCommerce stores. Any plans to add this?
