- Hello, Team I’m evaluating AnyChat for my agency (dentists, gyms, real estate, restaurants) and wanted to understand your roadmap. Do you plan to add AI that can dynamically qualify leads (budget, intent, urgency)? Will the chatbot handle sales conversations like objections and conversion guidance? Are automated follow-ups (non-responders, no bookings) planned? Any plans for native booking inside chat (instead of Calendly)? Will you add CRM features like lead scoring and pipeline tracking? Is outbound messaging (WhatsApp, IG, Messenger) on the roadmap? Can it evolve into a white-label SaaS for agencies? Will AI training improve for niche industries? - In the Growth plan, I wanted to know if there are any limitations on how I can use this tool. Actually, I have doubts about whether I can put my clients inside your tool, with specific flows just for them. And is there only a limit on the number of clients I can add: can I add 5, can I add 10. None of them has a huge volume of messages, but the tool interests me so that I can centralize and not have to develop a personalized service platform for each one. So, my question is, in this sense, if it is really limited, if I can make this division, if these would be the Workspaces. Thank you very much.

- hi anychat team i cant seem to leave a good review even tho i bought it in 2025 , i would like to say how happy i am with anychat and the updates and upgrades you guys been doing is a breath of fresh air i can tell how dedicated the team is to the project and now i come to see that im one of the lucky ones that got in as an agency which i see here is no longer available, for new comers im glad i took action when i did and got the agency tier keep up the great work guys I see Anychat overthrowing intercom soon if they dont step their game up ... much love trait!
- Hi, 1, Does ticketing support auto canned responses liked we have received your email our opening hours are... etc? Is email included in the omnichannel section or is it separate, can email be a trigger for chatbot to start a flow and reply to the user? 2, can email tickets be responded to via the mobile apps? 3, Can I scope agents/users to only be able to access specific organisations? 4, Is there a data export function for chat history and KB articles, so i can have an external backup? 5 Can I set custom SMTP credentials on a per org basis? 6, the docs are lacking, how is incoming emails handled, is it imap or do you provide an address that I forward to?
