I really like Clickup but I also like checking out deals on Appsumo and I've switched companies several times. But I'd like to know what your customer support is like? What are your support hours?

One major advantage I have while using ClickUp is that they are located in the same city I am, San Diego. So, I pretty much never have to wait to get an answer from support.

I'm guessing you're not located in the United States but do you have support hours that match American business hours? Nothing drives me crazier than asking a question, waiting a day for an answer that usually doesn't answer the question, so I have to send another response, and wait another day.

I hate wasting my time like that.

We understand waiting for support can be frustrating, this is why we try to respond as soon as we can and try to maintain the first response on chat within 20 minutes of questions being posted.

Or are you saying that your goal is to answer within 20 minutes during your customer support hours?

Hello,

We have 3 executives who handle the support during all times of the day. Our support is 24*5, weekends being off.

We have been responding and attending to the queries within 20 minutes so far and we would like to keep up this pace going forward as well.

Can I send data to Anywhere from an outside source? For instance, Elementor pro-forms have webhooks. I have an Elementor form where one can enter name, email etc. I would then want to send this data to Anywhere to do sales pipeline tracking.

1. Will the coming soon features (Wikis, Rewards, Bookmarks, Workspaces) be included for people who buy just a single code, or would we need to buy a certain amount of codes to make sure we'll have those features in our plan?

2. What's your staying power? In other words, what reasons can you give us to be confident you'll be around in a year from now? Have you secured funding? Have you broken even? Do you have any major clients?

3. How much would upgrading one's storage cost once you need more? Is there an option that simply allows for unlimited storage for a standard price per month? Would Sumolings have discount pricing for that?

4. It's not exactly clear whether there is a chat function in Anywhere. Do you just have comments on tasks or is there a more generalized chat function (like Slack or Pumble)?

5. Can you give us more information on the time tracking feature? Does it allow for admins to approve/deny/review time entries? Can you give us a list of all the features associated with time tracking? Just want to see how much I would need or not need Clockify if I use your product.

6. I understand you can send invoices in some capacity via Anywhere. Is there a Stripe integration that makes invoices payable easily for clients?

7. Is there a public-facing form functionality that would translate the data submitted in a form directly into a task within a project?

Let me try & answer your questions below:

1. Will the coming soon features (Wikis, Rewards, Bookmarks, Workspaces) be included for people who buy just a single code, or would we need to buy a certain amount of codes to make sure we'll have those features in our plan?

ST: yes, we do intend to make these features available in some form to our Standard edition & since all AppSumo deals are tied to our current AppSumo plan, these features will be available to everyone in some capacity. I am saying some capacity because we have not yet dwelled upon what limitations will be there within these features under our Standard plan just yet.

2. What's your staying power? In other words, what reasons can you give us to be confident you'll be around in a year from now? Have you secured funding? Have you broken even? Do you have any major clients?

ST: The team behind Anywhere is a team that has been running a successful consultancy business for over 10 years now. We have a sufficient run rate available as it is & we do intend to raise funds soon to strengthen our teams.

3. How much would upgrading one's storage cost once you need more? Is there an option that simply allows for unlimited storage for a standard price per month? Would Sumolings have discount pricing for that?

ST: There will definitely be a monthly cost to upgrade the storage, it will be significantly low.

4. It's not exactly clear whether there is a chat function in Anywhere. Do you just have comments on tasks or is there a more generalized chat function (like Slack or Pumble)?

ST: Time tracking today is absolutely basic. It allows you to record time against the tasks. In the future, we will have reporting capabilities on it. You can club the time tracking with a custom status column for approval management. We do have a full-fledged desktop-based time tracker in the works, but I can not commit to its availability at this stage.

6. I understand you can send invoices in some capacity via Anywhere. Is there a Stripe integration that makes invoices payable easily for clients?

ST: I am sorry but sending invoices is not available in Anywhere right now.

I am glad you are onboarded. Welcome to the team :)

We wrote a separate in-house product a few years ago called Tangerine, we would like to introduce that as a reward program in Anywhere.

The idea is that each team member gets 5 virtual tangerines every day, that they can share with other people who help them through the day. Consider this as a virtual emoji that you use in your chat with other people, in this case, it's a tangerine emoji. You can share a max of 5 per day. Your quota gets refreshed the next day.

On the other hand, the tangerines that you have earned (the ones people have shared with you) are being stacked in your account that you can sell back to the system in exchange for rewards.

Rewards are configurable real-world rewards that you as an admin can set up for your team. Could be an Amazon voucher, movie tickets, an extra holiday, etc. whatever you want. People can exchange their earned tangerines to buy these rewards from your system.

That's what our reward system is. It helps motivate the culture of help & support while earning you some real-world useful rewards. Hope I was able to explain this clearly. Will also update this in the roadmap for the ease of others.

The timeline is what I am afraid of committing. As of today, we have a small dedicated team working on the product & hence the implementation of requests is slow. Of course, this may change in the future as we become capable of adding more engineers to our team (external funding, more business, higher revenues).

Currently, we are doing top voted requests first & as of now, the Reward feature is not one of the topmost requested features. Which of course will keep changing as we start completing the top requests down the line.

I hope this clarifies our current situation :)

Impressed with the amount of suggestions you guys are implementing, the tool looks really good. I have a question about time tracking.

I want to be able to track time spent on tasks, and in some instances I have to bill out for that time, and sometimes bill out for different rates (ie time I spend on a task may be billed more than a designer, for example).

1. Is there a way to pull a report for a project that outlines the billable time spent on that project, broken down by task, worker, time spent and hourly rate?

2. Is there a way to set hourly rate per employee/contractor?

The reporting feature is still pending to be done our side, once done you will be able to generate reports based on the time spent in a project between days broken down by tasks and people.

We don't have a way to setup hourly rates so far, is request you to add this to our roadmap, I can not commit right away but if this becomes a popular request, we can implement it on priority.

Is there a function to manage team members from different time zones? For example, being inform when someone will be starting and finishing work?

Do you have a function to online video meetings with the ability to record the session?

Can the system enable us to record ideas and develop the ideas further into an implementation stage?

While Anywhere does have a user-specific Time Zone feature where each user can update their time zone to see the details in their own timezone, we currently do not have a report that shows you the check-in check-out time. You can however build an automated email report based on your requirements.

I am afraid we don't have a video call/ recording feature in Anywhere at this time. This request is in our roadmap & we may build this in the future. It's not planned currently.

In order to record new ideas, yes you may use the task boards to make notes & use images & videos as attachments & break them down into sub-tasks that can become actionable items for you to complete to implement the ideas.

I'd request to register for a free trial to explore it & if you like it & decide to purchase codes from AppSumo, we can help you change your plan on your trial account.
