Hi there Is there a function to manage team members from different time zones? For example, being inform when someone will be starting and finishing work? Do you have a function to online video meetings with the ability to record the session? Can the system enable us to record ideas and develop the ideas further into an implementation stage? Thank you.

    While Anywhere does have a user-specific Time Zone feature where each user can update their time zone to see the details in their own timezone, we currently do not have a report that shows you the check-in check-out time. You can however build an automated email report based on your requirements.

    I am afraid we don't have a video call/ recording feature in Anywhere at this time. This request is in our roadmap & we may build this in the future. It's not planned currently.

    In order to record new ideas, yes you may use the task boards to make notes & use images & videos as attachments & break them down into sub-tasks that can become actionable items for you to complete to implement the ideas.
