I really like Clickup but I also like checking out deals on Appsumo and I've switched companies several times. But I'd like to know what your customer support is like? What are your support hours? One major advantage I have while using ClickUp is that they are located in the same city I am, San Diego. So, I pretty much never have to wait to get an answer from support. I'm guessing you're not located in the United States but do you have support hours that match American business hours? Nothing drives me crazier than asking a question, waiting a day for an answer that usually doesn't answer the question, so I have to send another response, and wait another day. I hate wasting my time like that.

    Or are you saying that your goal is to answer within 20 minutes during your customer support hours?

    Hello,
    We have 3 executives who handle the support during all times of the day. Our support is 24*5, weekends being off.
    We have been responding and attending to the queries within 20 minutes so far and we would like to keep up this pace going forward as well.
