I can not seem to understand this, I am trying to figure out if I need to get an additional item to publish iOS apps, as that is The Apple Developer Program; That cost is 99 USD per membership year.

This is the one item I can not seem to see when I searched for this.
I would like to take advantage of this deal but this is the one part that I am missing on this to be able to publish to iOS devices (I do know that the app needs to be reviewed by apple to do this before it is on the app store) but getting to that point it seems that I would need to have an additional item after this.

I did purchase the item before but I did refund it because I could not seem to see where I was able to get the app published to a iOS device in the platform.
