I don't know if my first review is still visible after I ask the AppSumo Team to change my Taco rating from one to five. If it is still showing, you will see I had a lot to criticise. Unfortunately, I hadn't been able to actually try AtomChat, so my review was more about the company and their support and service.

Amit apologised, and the way he owned the problems and made no effort to find an excuse meant a lot. It is a rare quality to be able to completely own your mistakes and instead of passing it off as someone else's problem actually accepting that you got things a bit wrong. I want to thank Amit for this, it went a long way. Before this response, I was so close to just taking a refund and forgetting about AtomChat.

I am so pleased that I didn't. Once I got the information I needed it took me no time to get AtomChat up and running. There are a lot of settings you can change to customise and alter the way it works with your website. I am only using it with my team for now, as the website hasn't launched just yet, but I love it, this is going to give me a fantastic extra feature for my new project.

It has been several days since my last comments on AtomChat, I have had some family stuff to deal with so I couldn't get back to this review sooner. But I want everyone to know that AtomChat a quality, stable product with a lot of potential to become even better as long as their Team continues to invest in it. The company behind the product have a lot of passion and belief in AtomChat, and they want your experience of the system to be first class. Hopefully, I won't have much need to ask them for support, but I know that if I do they will be there when I need them.

If you run an online community, and AtomChat can be integrated with the systems you run (they connect to a lot of platforms so chances are it will), you should take a close look at AtomChat. The fact that you can have your users connecting through text, audio, and video without your servers taking the load means you have one less thing to worry about, and your members/users will love the extra features you are giving them.

I spent a lot of time thinking about the new rating. One Taco to Five is a massive leap. I thought maybe I should change it to four, as I did have the communication issues. If they had come back with excuses or tried to pass any of the blame on to me I probably wouldn't have even kept the deal. But the fact they responded in the way they did really helped. Yes, four Tacos is good, but the product deserves five in my opinion. I do believe they accept their service was not good enough, and I'm confident they will try harder to get it right. Because of that, and because without any of the issues I experienced I would have given five Tacos from the off, I've decided to give them what I feel they deserve - the highest rating.
