For the past 1-2 weeks, I have been experiencing several issues with this plugin.
I have attempted to contact the support team multiple times over the last 8-9 days but have not received any response to my emails. This lack of support is concerning as I cannot use the product effectively...
Weird, I can't submit a review either. I've been having issues for several weeks. Sites going down with 403 errors, all resolved when we disable this plugin. I do have to say we've really loved the plugin. We want to use it exclusively for all our clients, but the past 2 weeks has gotten us looking for options. Please answer your support questions, but more importantly resolve your bugs quickly.
The plugin support is also very poor. They take 2–3 days just to reply to a simple email, and when you respond, they again take another 2–3 days. Even a small issue ends up taking more than a month to resolve. This is really bad.
same thing happened to us as well when we updated a few things to the latest version the site went down and the CSS was disturbed when we disabled the berqwp plugin everything worked fine we have been trying to reach support since 9 days but no solution has been provided after two reminders a support ticket was raised and someone said they would get back but nothing has happened
Hi, I tested this using the free version and had amazing results, so I decided to buy Teir3 for now. I have a concern, when the plugin is enabled it seem to break all pages (images and page layout break) untill the page shows as cached then the speed is amazing. Is this how this plugin work and if we flush the cache on the site, will all pages break again untill they are cached?

This was previously answered by Hamza Mairaj who said BerqWP does offer a white‑label option — you can white‑label the plugin settings (included with the Unlimited Sites tier; everything except add‑ons is included), and you can manage all your site licenses from your account portal. Q: Is BWP a hosting platform like Hostinger and Siteground?
In addition to BWP do we have to have a host like Hostinger, etc., or does BWP replace the need to use an external hosting service?

Hi,
I tested this using the free version and had amazing results, so I decided to buy Teir3 for now.
