I loved the idea of this. Have other software that allows me to build knowledgebases but are overkill for some of the businesses I'm managing. This would be perfect and the customization available is neat.

However, right off the bat I'm running into issues. Under the customizer, some menus are overlapping others so it's getting in the way of me selecting some options. I tried this on two different websites.

Articles are also seemingly being pushed to the right - think another reviewer mentioned similar. Perhaps there is a setting to change this but it may be one of the one's being covered due to the overlapping problem.

Contacted support with my issue and a screenshot + 1 other very small question. I got a response hours later, ignoring my issue but answering the other question I had. I bought the deal on launch day, and days later, issue is still evident so plugin still unusable.

Contacted support again but unfortunately looks like we are in a different timezone and they're always offline.
