Q: How do you get customer support or technical support with a real human with your software?
Hi Don,
I’m reaching out to share my concerns about ongoing issues with the software. After purchasing Tier 5, my account was initially set up as a free account, which took 12–18 hours to resolve. Unfortunately, even after that, the software has been very glitchy and difficult to use.
I scheduled a call to address this, but the next available appointment isn’t until next Thursday—Thanksgiving—which I assume will be handled by an avatar rather than a live person. This delay is frustrating, as I need the software functioning properly now, not a week from now.
Please advise on how this can be resolved as quickly as possible.

Actually, a real human will be available on Thanksgiving to help you. We live stream for over an hour every weekday, so you're welcome to join any of our sessions for live, hands-on help.
