I started off on the free account via mobile app and instantly loved it. I used it ad-hoc initially for the teleprompter feature whilst recording.

Once I saw this LTD available here, I went for it.
Now I use it for mainly for subtitles and then the teleprompter if filming via mobile.

Businesses can add their logo, branding colours, and pick a font. Would be nice if we could add 3-4 colours for branding, 2 isn't enough.

So far the mobile app has actually (thankfully) served me fine. 1 instance of it kicking me out of amending the subtitles but other than that, it's been great.

Via laptop, there seem to be glitches which need fixing;

- Can't upload a video from my laptop to my account especially when adding subtitles. I I have to have the video on my phone, upload it via the mobile app, and then I can use the laptop to amend any subtitles.

- Would be nice if we could save settings. For example, every time I connect via an external webcam, I have to change the settings each time before pressing record

- If I come out of recording screen, then go back in to record a new video or a new take, then I have to change the camera settings again

It would be nice if we could save settings so that every time I use the external webcam, it picks up on this.

The app needs to have all features working, and working well.
Features on the mobile app should be available via laptop and vice-a-versa.
For now, for me, it's 4 tacos, it's deserving of 5 but because of the glitches, it's a 4 for now until these can be resolved.
