Q: Will the IDE ever be available for Tier 2 buyers or it it only for Tier 3 upwards?

A: IDE will be included in T4/T5. With limited access to T3.
We are giving a preview to T1/T2 users who are on the waitlist, however, it full access not a part of the LTD offering unfortunately.
