Hello, The "Agency Lifetime" Plan at your official website has Lifetime Updates & Lifetime Support, do we get these features with the (Tier 2) plan on AppSumo? What are the 40+ form fields? Does this mean that we don't have access to all the features of the plugin?

There is no difference between the "Agency Lifetime" plan on our official website and the AppSumo Tier 2 plan. No premium features are restricted or hidden in the AppSumo plan.
