Bit Form – WordPress Form Builder Plugin Reviews

This plugin is the discovery of the year. Fantastic work by the Bit Apps team. We currently manage a portfolio of over 300 websites, build around 100 sites per year for clients, and work with dozens of plugins—including our own (for internal needs)—but Bit Form completely surprised us. For years our main plugin was Fluent Forms, but recent versions come with memory usage of nearly 1 MB! Memory usage: 904.37 KiB, as confirmed by tests from PluginTests.com. Bit Form, on the other hand, performs flawlessly in every test and uses only 150.61 KiB of memory. What also surprised us is the sheer number of modules, features, and smart ideas packed into the plugin. A fantastic solution! Our number one choice when it comes to form builders.

1.I never contacted you, maybe someone else did. I just don’t like your tool & my experience using it, that’s just my opinion. To be specific, I asked on AS in December a question whether I could create client proposal documents. You replied yes, mentioning fields, signatures & other features, which was my main reason for using your tool. After buying it and trying to set it up, I found it time-consuming and confusing to get it to work and send to clients for signature, and too basic. That experience was a major disappointment. On top of that, I tried to set up a webhook to send form data to my CRM, but the data never arrived, which didn’t give me confidence in your tool.

2. Yes you do influence it because of what I already mentioned, users sign in and are pushed with your "messaging" to write one in exchange for...

I’ve always used Fluent Forms to build forms, but I missed features like changing the input mode of a field, more options for conditionals, easier work with breakpoints, among other things. When I discovered Bit Form, it was like discovering a wonder of nature!! The number of features is impressive!!

I’m grateful that they built this plugin! I hope it has a very, very long life!

Bit Form has been a solid win for us. The form builder is easy to set up, and the form-to-PDF feature is the reason I bought it. We’re using it to collect project info + uploads, then generate a clean PDF package that’s ready to send. That alone saves a ton of back-and-forth and keeps things consistent.

If you need a simple way to go from intake form → finished PDF output, this does the job.

The more i use bit apps the more i love their products..... Bit-forms is a perfect example of how thoughtfully designed software can genuinely improve the way you work. The platform is clean, intuitive, and refreshingly easy to use, yet clearly built with serious capability under the hood. Everything feels well considered, from the user experience to the flexibility it offers, making it a pleasure to work with rather than a chore.

What really stands out is the balance between power and simplicity. You can get up and running quickly, but as you spend more time with Bit-forms, you realise just how much depth and value it delivers. It feels reliable, efficient, and clearly developed by a team that understands real-world use cases rather than ticking feature boxes. An outstanding product, excellent value, and an easy 5-star recommendation.
