Q: Hi.
Maybe a suggestion but I'd like to gauge your response. Re the customer portal. There's a missed opportunity here to upsell / for the customer to add (purchase) additional items. Also, can you please explain (I am a bit confused) one customer can have multiple invoices right? they would all appear in the portal? and a customer could choose "which" invoices to pay now? could also overpay (put them into credit)? Each "signup page" relates to a subscription plan, what if they want to buy two different ones? and the "add-on" seems to only allow "annual" or "monthly" (per subscription plan) i.e. they can't see a monthly XYZ option and include it, it has to be annual if the subscription is annual? and your AS page states "customize your own customer portal" - where/how? because I can't find it. I hope that I can include some links in the portal (the first suggestion re upsell/add-ons would be helpful too). Thanks.

From your Customer Portal your customers can view all their invoices, subscriptions, receipts, statements, payment methods, etc. If your customer has multiple outstanding (unpaid) invoices they can pay all outstanding invoices at once, some of them, parts or all of them, etc. It’s very flexible. They can also pay using whatever payment methods are enabled on your account. We will spend more time on top of the funnel consumer facing features to help our customers acquire customers and increase sales for the foreseeable future. We’ll still work on backoffice automation, but with a priority placed on revenue generating features.
Credit Balance
We don’t allow customers to overpay, but they can pay invoices before they’re do. If the invoice is incorrect and you end up owing the customer money, you can either issue a refund or a credit note. If you refund them, they will have no credit balance, but you can choose to apply any overages to future invoices either automatically or manually so we support the ability for a customer account to have a credit balance for overpayments or invoice adjustments that aren’t credited back to their payment method (like store credit).
Signup Pages
If you want to bundle subscription plans together, you can make a new subscription and add recurring add-ons for each subscription with your desired billing interval: Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Semiannually, Annually, Yearly, One Time, or Custom. With Custom Interval you can set more granular billing intervals. You can set different amounts and billing intervals for the add-ons than the parent subscription that they’re added on to.
Thanks umm.. could someone possibly have 30 minutes to walk me through it / go over questions ie a zoom call? I assume that I could then pay and convert the trial? I’ve connected stripe and added many items etc. I think if I can just wrap my head around (bridge) what I want and what Blixo can do = success. Much appreciated.
