- Hi Appsumo, can you refund all of us? This was not a cheap deal. And worse than that, I had 3 blogs running and it has MATERIALLY impacted my business. This is insanity. Not even a warning from them to allow us to download existing content. There needs to be rules in place to deal with these situations. Thousands of blogs lost with no avenue to use them on a new site! Please let us know if you can provide a refund.
- I mean from Appsumo... not even a small banner, or at least to answer the emails? This is getting more usual...
- May 1, still cannot login. No replies to chat support or email support. Blogify seems to be down and not responding.

Over the past few weeks, we’ve faced an unexpected challenge that has forced us to temporarily pause our operations. This hasn’t been an easy decision for us, and it’s something we’ve thought deeply about before taking this step. Unfortunately, we were targeted by a group of affiliate scammers who generated a high volume of sign-ups using fraudulent payment methods. As a result, we had to process a significant number of refunds—amounting to nearly $200,000—and accept multiple disputes. This ultimately led to our payment partner, Stripe, deactivating our account.
