Now we may have a product and a site in a couple of months,,, Pls honor lifetime customers - specially the ones who supported you by stacking more than 3. I had gone all the way - only to feel cheated that you will support just for 1 more year??????????? Forcing us to move to your new product with drastically reduced sessions... Have a heart - you cant break sumolings and succeed in life for sure. I can honestly say of the 3 million sessions - I have not crossed 300 since I bought the deal... As I could not launch. Now, when things are looking fine for us to launch - you reduces the agents to 20 from unlimited????? Sessions from 3Million to 100K ???? How would you like it If I do that to you? Is this lifetime committment?

    I also stacked codes to purchase this Chat-bot, not a livechat. Thee goal for this purchase was to help eliminate the need for chatting at all.

    I can say, if the project hadn't been put on hold, and I had spent the hours needed to build them out - things may have got ugly :\

    Now it makes sense that they would not assist me in changing my login details (changed email addresses). Its shocking.

    I bought a lot of LIFETIME deals not only through APPSUMO but promotions on Facebook. Most of them have fallen flat. I think they raise money/funds and then move onto the next project totally disregarding our investment. I was just starting out so SHINY OBJECTS became an interest. Lessons I guess....

    I also stacked 10 codes back in March this year. I have spent many hours trying to learn how to use botstar but have never implemented a chatbot. All of a sudden, after only 6 months, I get an email that the product is being discontinued and it's now a live chat (I do not need a live chat). I wish Appsumo can better protect loyal users from scammers like this but I know there is also a special place for scammers.

    I also stacked a number of codes and have been using Botstar on a production site. I am extremely disappointed about what they're doing and will be much more wary about investing too much in companies on AppSumo in the future. BotStar seems to have decided to build a new bot simply because their previous commitments were unsustainable. I wouldn't be too surprised if they end up back here again in the next year or two offering their new bot with similar promises.
