Better customer service, more time to produce value
I've just recently gotten started in the chatbot community, but I've really enjoyed how I can use it to get answers to questions faster, without having to wait for a human to help me. It will also be very helpful when I'm away from the store and can't give my customers the attention they deserve, but I still want to make it possible for them to get their questions answered. I'm looking forward to seeing how my customers react to my ChatBot, and I'm hoping that it can help me to offer better customer service, and to have more time to focus on improving the value of my business.
Already made an integration via SyncSpider, hoping explore its true value as much as possible!
