Q: BrandBay extra account
i Currently have Tier 4. I want to get a Tier 6 for my friend. How does this work, Can i just buy the Tier6 outright and activate it without trouble? Or do i have to upgrade my own account to tier 6 than buy a tier 4? Or how does this work with buying extra account for someone else and activating it without issues?
A: Hello! If you are intending on your friend using a different email address as you then you should be able to simply purchase the Tier 6 and have no issues :) Each account is under it's own email address so as long as it is separate they should be able to login with the email address you purchase the new account with.
Hi Team, let's say I buy Tier 3 now and then the Appsumo deal ends. Later on if I need more space, how does the subscription work for AppSumo deal holders? If I subscribe to starter plan for $5/month, will the 500GB added to my existing 1TB storage and will I get additional users & brands as a top-up? The question essentially is that can the monthly subscription be bolted on the LTD under the same account or not? Thanks Jay
A: Hey Jay, thanks for the question! For additional storage on top of your LTD, our current rate is $2 per month for an additional 200GB and $1 per month for an additional team member per month :)
If there was a specific need on top of this though, I would recommend reaching out to our team in support and we would be glad to hear more about your use case and possibly discuss what we could work...
Is it possible to have one superadmin in tier 6 that will create and manage admins ? Admins then will be associated with their specific brands and clients only, working at their own under superadmin surveillance (also having storage/brand/client limits). If not, is this something in your roadmap ?
Right now, the owner of the account is essentially what you might call a "superadmin" because the owner by default is the only one who has access to every brand. When a new user is added and given admin privileges, they are only added to one brand at a time. So in that way, each new admin would only be able to see what the owner chooses they can see....
Q: I can't create a group with the + in upper right
I keep getting a pop-up messaging saying I can't create a group until I upgrade. I'm currently on Tier 1. What am I doing wrong or is this a bug?
