How to define field values when creating a document with the API?

I checked the API documentation: https://breezedoc.com/developer/docs
I see that I can create a document from a template, and that I can send a document for signing to a recipient, but I don't see where to define the dynamic field values in the document. Can you please share details about this?

I, too, am waiting for the API to be able to use areas to overwrite a template so that any application uploaded will have a signature and date field in an assigned area, regardless of the context of the document.
