Hello, is there multilingual language support? For example, if someone from Spain asks a question in Spanish, and I only understand English, does the chat translate the Spanish into English for the agent? And vice versa, does my English reply get translated into Spanish for the Spanish person?
I purchased the Appsumo deal and it is premium, which is supposed to allow for removal of the Charla brand. I am unable to remove it and have tried using the dashboard settings but to no avail. Can you tell me where the setting is to remove the branding? The interface is clean, it looks like tawk.to; however I only found one video on your youtube channel, do you have plans to increase the support videos on your channel? Thank you.
