Q: Does it have the following features?
I have some questions:
1. Can I install and use the Live Chat Widget on Webflow & Framer websites? Are there any specific plugins/extensions available for those two?
2. Can I see or reply to Social Media messages inside Charla dashboard/apps? Such as Facebook Messenger, Instagram, Linkedin, TikTok and Snapchat?
3. Can I see or reply to Whatsapp Message/Text?
4. If the agent is offline/unavailable, can the Live Chat Widget gather Name+Email and create a new Ticket instead of starting a new conversation/message in Charla dashboard?
5. Are there any templates/designs or customization options available for Tickets/Ticketing system?
6. Can the Live Chat widget show Popup messages/buttons that user can click or interact with, to open the Live Chat widget? Like something to make them start a Conversation?
