1. Chat Breezes currently integrates with WhatsApp through two methods: Twilio and a linked device (via QR code). We understand the importance of direct integration without Twilio, and it is on our roadmap. We plan to start working on it around the end of February, after completing the ongoing AI integration and workspace features.

2. Regarding the mobile app with real-time notifications, we don't have a specific ETA for its release. Developing a mobile app involves extensive work, and we want to ensure that the features provided on the mobile platform are highly beneficial to our users.
