Q: Software Clarification Questions
Hello Support Team,
1.) Great product! Does your software provide the option to have live calls from my website? If so, please provide instructions.
2.) Can I use your software to have video calls from my website? If so, please provide instructions.
3.) Can I integrate other AI agents software to answer my customers questions? If so, please provide instructions.

Nov 11, 2025A: 1) You can add a Click-to-Call app widget that triggers a call on a user's mobile device or displays a clickable number on desktop. In-browser calling is something we're considering, but there are other new features that have more demand at the moment. 2) Not yet, but on the roadmap for later next year.
3) Not yet unless they offer a javascript widget themselves, then we could potentially hand over the button interface to that tool using our Javascript action tool in the HTML embed app widget.
Sorry we don't have these features yet, but good to know there's demand for them. - Pete
