Hi Christian, A few quick questions: a)Privacy for each startup If I invite a member to a 'startup' can they only see and edit the startup company they are invited to? b)Unlimited or 20 companies? Is it really 'unlimited startups' and 'unlimited members' - I could set up 30 companies and invite 2 members to each? I seem to remember reading something in the copy about 20 companies? I'm thinking of offering to a few members of my entrepreneur community. c)Budgets As I'm on the trial version I couldn't see the 'Budgets' feature. Could you give me a brief overview of what is possible - is it like a review of expenses and projected income for a tax year? Are there any integrations with accounting software like Xero planned? Thanks, Matt

    Hi there Matt 👋

1️⃣ When you invite a member to a startup, they can only view or edit the information in the startup you invited them to, and no others. Just a note: you can invite members as viewers (cannot edit) or collaborators (can edit).

2️⃣ To clarify, the 'unlimited startups' feature in Tier 2 is for personal use. This means that you, personally, can start 100 different startups if you like. You will be the owner of each one of those startups and you can invite as many members as you like to each of these as a viewer or a collaborator. You will always be the owner of these startups. What you read about 20 startups is our Portfolio Manager solution which will arrive next year. It will have added features such as CNAME, a white-label solution with Email/STMP, custom business taxonomy, program management, applications, etc.

3️⃣ You can view a shared link of a sample budget below👇 You may need to open it incognito browser as other logins can interfere with the link.

If the Tier 2 is for personal use and each of the startups added will allow the owner to view/edit/delete all the startup data, how does the portfolio manager feature differ wrt ownership & accessibility of the data?

Will the portfolio manager feature allow the owner to add new startups (20 now with the option to buy more) and not be able to view their data unless the portfolio startup decides to allow for it?

The use case is something similar to an agency which may want to allow their clients to use this manager solution. And not be concerned that their data might be accessible by the agency, unless they would want to share that.
