The integration with Facebook Messenger is quick and easy. Customers can directly interact with the bot within Messenger. The CX Genie also has a mobile app which adds convenience, as the support team can receive notifications on the go.

The AI to Human handover feature is something I was looking for and here its done in a very simple way. CX Genie automatically sends a notification to a human agent when there is a complex question that it doesnt have the answer to, or a mesage flow can be created to trigger a human agent. Theres a smooth transition from AI to human assistance when needed.

Overall, CX Genie offers excellent value for its price, and I appreciate the ongoing updates and improvements from the CX Genie team.
