I saw the reply here that Mark replied faster than I could get back to it and sent out another request for help. I cc'd the support email as well as Mark and was replied to only by the support bot. I'm still waiting to speak with someone who can help with the software setup. The documentation is lacking, and I am making little progress as I check daily for updates. --- Had issues setting this up, so I replied to the automated email for new users. It's been a week and no reply. There is a competitor that I may have to get instead, but it did not seem to quite fit the way I thought CX would. Will poke at it a bit more and see if anything happens, or issue a refund.

It has trouble with chat threads, but the more time you spend creating templates, prompts, and training the AI, the better it becomes. I love the 'Playground' aspect because then I can try writing things that my clients would ask and see what CX Assist is likely to reply. I'm already loving it! If I can figure out how to get it to include emojis in message replies that would be worth 10 tacos! haha :D. Thanks CX Assist! Highly recommended! 1 tip for anyone wanting to buy - ensure you add all your newsletters/promo subscription domains and emails so your bot doesn't reply to all your newsletter spam. Good learning curve for me though! Love it so far. A+
