- I have used chatbots like ManyChat years back and it works as a sequential chatbot. - Hi, If I have a WhatsApp number connected to your platform via Twilio, I’m aware I can use human handoff to manually reply to a message during the 24 hour period. I can also send a voice message according to the WhatsApp API rules instead of a typed reply. Can I manually send a voice message inside DM Champ? I presume this would be via an attachment. I have two phone numbers linked to two accounts, one on the main account and the other on the sub-account, and I've changed the profile picture for each.
