A: Hello, if your business is not registered in Canada or the USA, you can still use Easify to send SMS messages. However, please note that for 10DLC registration (required for sending A2P traffic in the US), you’ll need to be registered as a Standard Brand using your local business details and a valid tax identification number from your jurisdiction (for example, a VAT number or equivalent). Without a valid tax ID, we unfortunately won’t be able to complete your 10DLC registration for US messaging.
