WOW! This is so refereshing on AppSumo.

A founder who really wants you to get value and enjoy the software. I had a minor (my issue) problem, and in under 30 seconds quite literally from livechat to resolve the problem, I'm on a video call to Ivan.

Problem resolved and the software looks great, very intuitive and simple with a great roadmap. When someone is so passionate about their product and cares, you know with the roadmap and input from Sumolings, this is going to go from very good, to great, to indispensible!

Bought a tons of project management softwares here and I must say that run it comes to UXUI, this is by far the best. App version is also stable. This can be huge with the “one stop” solution for businesses.

Support is also extremely prompt. My issue was resolved under 5 minutes upon first contact via the live chat.

Really user-friendly and intuitive piece of software, but the best thing is that while I was working my way around it I fired off a question and not only had a real person respond, but he asked if I was free to jump on a call there and then. In just a few minutes he showed me how to do what I wanted to do, but I also realized that Edworking does SO much more than I thought. I'd totally recommend it as the software is excellent as is the customer care. This is also especially good for anyone with ADHD who will benefit from the straightforward organizational structure as it is clear but without distractions. Brilliant - one of the best buys I've made on AppSumo!

Initially, I gave 5 tacos to encourage the developers, but after testing the program further, I am now rating it 3 tacos. Unfortunately, we encountered many issues that prevent us from using this software in our company.

We reported all the major problems weeks ago, but they still haven't been resolved. To make matters worse, no one responds on live chat anymore. We are still waiting for someone to address our requests and fix the major issues we’ve flagged. Otherwise, we will have no choice but to request a refund.

Hey, just wanted to share my experience with Edworking. It's been a solid addition to our team's toolkit. Having tasks, files, video calls, and chats all in one place makes everything so much easier. The interface is straightforward, and the support team is super responsive. Coming from ClickUp, I do miss the ability to create tasks directly from emails, as Edworking doesn't currently offer an email integration for task creation. However, the platform's clean design and speed more than make up for it. Overall, Edworking has been a solid addition to our toolkit.
