We'd actually bought, tested, and refunded both EezyCollab and Btrendy knowing we'd come back to them bcuz of the sheer value. The AppSumo activation process (just) changed which threw a 🔧 in our plans, because previously used emails are dead on arrival post refund. 📪

Because we didn't want to use a different email we chose to refund Btrendy but the EezyCollab Team was able to delete the account immediately so we could reuse the email and activate our (new) account. 📬
