Overall a decent product that we will definitely be using. However, the grammar created in places is a bit ESL-sounding (awkward). More importantly, the lack of integration for HIGHLY used systems like Active Campaign and Reply.io is a severe limitation/omission that is very disappointing to see (I don't see any mention of these on their roadmap either.) I hope they will improve their integrations in the near future to make this truly usable.
