Team Sumo,

Based on a fellow Sumolings idea, I would like to give away a free signature to clients and to my students for a class I am currently teaching (there's nothing worse than seeing just a first name at the end of an email - kids these days!).

I understand there is no separate workspace or login and honestly it is not needed for such a low-cost, easy-to-use solution, but could I automate it via Formaloo? I would like to build a form that they can use to fill out their information, select a format and it builds it for me so I do not have to do it manually.

Or, possibly via a CSV upload which is even a lower cost solution.

If I only had a handful, I would just buy a few of Tier 1, but I have 68 students and another 25-30 clients. I probably need two Tier 5 now that I have counted all ten fingers and toes.

Cheers!

Hi,

Thank you for question and suggestion.

Unfortunately, this is not something we support at this time, but worry not, we've created a designated page for our users to record their feature requests so our team can get to them faster.

You can add your request here:

https://roadmap.EmailBadge.com/ideas

Before you input your request, please check if the feature is already on the list and, if so, upvote the idea. The more upvotes an idea gets, the better your chances are of seeing it live soon!

We will continue adding features based on this page in the future. As a result, we recommend that you subscribe to this page to receive automatic notifications when new features are added to the apps!

We are sure you will love this new feature request voting page, and we look forward to bringing your idea to life!

Thank you on behalf of team Originals!

Can I start from a blank and build my own signature -- or do I have to use one of your templates?

Hey, b369f89a4a9b43d3a338d968f01cbcf6!

You can use the templates... OR you can create your own email signature from scratch. Totally up to you. And, when you buy a Tier that allows multiple email signatures, you can do both.

For example, you can have one template signature for your brand, another one created from scratch for your personal email... go crazy!

I need an email signature solution for my entire team (all emails managed through GSuite). Will buying tier 3 allow for me to provide signatures for 20 team members? Or it lets one team member have 20 different signature options? If the latter, is there a solution for the team issue?

Hey, willstafford.

It's the latter. At this time, we're not focused on the team usage allowing multi-user login (that's much more technically challenging, and as a result, we'd have to charge MUCH more to support).

However, we are always looking for suggestions. You can leave your suggestions here (or upvote existing ideas): https://roadmap.emailbadge.com/

What's up, Sumo-lings! 🚀

Excited to share that we have a new feature page that allows you to submit feature requests, see what other people are wanting, and upvote existing ideas. 🕺

In addition, this site also showcases our roadmap. So you can see what we're planning to build next. 🤗

Keep in mind, there are things that *aren't* included on our roadmap that we still launch. Especially around bug fixes, quality-of-life improvements, and small tweaks.

So we're ALWAYS working on EmailBadge for you. 📧

GSuite is mentioned, but I can't see how I link signatures to my team's accounts.

I can only link one Gmail account, too, so is this meant to be for one user?

Having Gsuite (which is now Workspace) implies multiuser deployment.

Hey, Steve-Clikk!

We have multiuser functionality (aka create multiple signatures depending on the tier). However, at this time we don't have multiuser deplyoment.

We'd love to add that someday, but it's a considerable time and cost upgrade. So it would definitely be a much more expensive tier, and we don't have a timeframe on it if it does happen.

Keep in mind we do also have a new roadmap and feature request page which you can reach here: https://roadmap.emailbadge.com/. So feel free to leave any suggestions, or upvote any suggestions that are already there.

Thanks for your feedback!

Hi David,

I'm not sure what you mean by multiuser function.

How do I create sigs for my team?

user-avatar

Hi David,

It's really strange that the product offers to manage 20, 50 or 100 signatures, but only allows the user to deploy the said signatures to one account.

Also, one can select "data labels" when creating signatures. But it seems no where can we manage the said data.

Can you create a signature generator, that would generate signatures based on a template and a "tabular" data source? That would be great to manage and update signatures for teamates. (and is probably what anyone managing signatures for a team would expect)

Thanks and looking forward to the updates.
