Q: Email Bounce Response Log Transparency
Do you offer email bounce response log where we can see the 'why' an email may have bounced or been returned? What if one of your IPs was added to a blacklist and was blocked by the recieving SMTP server? This would give us the ability to send that email through a different route or proxy for higher deliverability.
How do you handle auto-unsubscribe requests? Do you just mark it as a normal unsubscribe or do you mark it as an auto-unsubscribe?

We are in the process of developing MTA v2 which will allow us to show those data to you as well.
Until we do so, you can always request bounce/hard fail reason on our support@emailit.com
We handle subscriber status only when using our Audiences and Campaigns. In which case, it should work as normal subscription process.
