Hi, I was thinking about buying Emailit to replace MailPoet. I have MailPoet set up on a client's restaurant website. The other day, bots started signing up using the optin form. The signup triggered the double-optin message (which bounced because it wasn't adding real addresses) and then our account was shut down because of that. I added ReCaptcha 3 and one other tool, but the same thing kept happening (just to a lesser degree). Would Emailit be a better fit for something like this?
I'm currently on the Tier3 and looking to upgrade. I have 2 questions: 1 - is it possible to allocate a number of credits to a separate Workspace? Right now, if I create a new Workspace I can't find how to use my AppSumo credits. 2 - if this is not possible, if I don't upgrade, but buy a second time, can I add these credits to my existing account and choose a different Workspace when activating? Why do I ask this? ... I would prefer to keep different clients in separate Workspaces
Hi there, I currently use All-Inkl as my SMTP email server — my email client both sends and receives messages through the All-Inkl mail service (via the MX record). My question is: Is it possible to configure things so that only newsletters sent through FluentCRM use Emailit for sending, while all my regular email communication (sending and receiving) continues to go through All-Inkl MX-Settings and my usual mail client? In other words, can I use E-Mail-Edge only for FluentCRM outgoing emails in parallel with my normal All-Inkl email setup? So two MX entries in my DNS-Settings... Or does using Emailit require that I also switch my desktop email client to send and receive via E-Mail-Edge instead of All-Inkl? Sorry if this is a basic question — I just want to be sure how these systems can work together. Best regards, Hans
Do you offer email bounce response log where we can see the 'why' an email may have bounced or been returned? What if one of your IPs was added to a blacklist and was blocked by the recieving SMTP server? This would give us the ability to send that email through a different route or proxy for higher deliverability. How do you handle auto-unsubscribe requests? Do you just mark it as a normal unsubscribe or do you mark it as an auto-unsubscribe?

Can you please confirm whether EmailIt works smoothly with FluentCRM — for example via SMTP or API integration — and if it’s a reliable alternative to services like Brevo (formerly Sendinblue) in terms of deliverability and ease of setup? I’d also be interested to know if any FluentCRM users are already using EmailIt successfully for automated campaigns or newsletter sending. Thx!
