Q: How do credits work?
Hi, I purchased tier 2. I set up 2 domains in two separate workspaces, 1 a piece but it looks like my credits are empty. It says I get 50,000 but i sent an email to test and it says I have no credits to email . wouldn't tier 2 share the credits for both domains and workspace since it comes with those as a selling point?

Each license is fixed to one workspace.
So you can have those two sending domain in the workspace the license is applied to.

Ok, that is not clear anywhere. Once in the dashboard it seems to lead to making separate work station if you have more than one domain to input. Seems to make sense so things don't get crossed and confused. But if it is not the way you have it set up. 1. why have other work spaces and 2. how do i fix this now?

I put a lot of work into it. It seemed like having multiple work stations would just pull from the same bucket of credits. I'm still confused as to why you would set it up this way instead of your credits being shared by all of your work stations. Maybe you can go into our account to see and let me know how to fix this.
Dashboard does not lead you to create a new workspace, it just guides you to setup to send your first email.
If you want us to delete some of your workspaces, you can email our support.

So I am looking again. I took a screen shot of the deal. I wish i could send it over with notes. Here is what I said and have tire 2 circled in red and then have Domains, work Stations, and credits circled in groupThis looks like Tier 2 gets 50,000 credits for 2 domains and 2 workspaces. This actually makes sense, 2 domains for 1 workspace doesn't because now what do you do with workspace number 2

There never were mentioned multiple workspaces within a license. (Only multiple sending domains).

I really want to like and use this. In the interim of wait to be answered. I Input 2 email Csv files. When it verifies it doesn't keep the names. Now who knows what name goes with the email. Personal campaigns are useless now. 2. It didn't analyze about 100 on each list. and 3. Why can't you delete them? those are our lists , somehow it seems like they have been taken hostage now. That's not right
We are working on automatic expiration on uploaded list for verifications.
We do not keep the names as that has nothing to do with the verification. We take the list of emails and run them though our complex verification process.
If you have issues with some email verifications, email support so we can look into it.

I must be stupid then George. If I could i could send you some screen shots of what I'm talking about maybe you could see it. But it feels like you're much too proud to care. I really wanted to like your product but if you treat people like this the product ends out not mattering much. Your lack of care with your first response and now follow ups shows a lot. people taking a chance on you doesnt
