Could you give examples of use cases for webhooks to see whether it fits my workflow? Thank you

The webhooks are for configuring your endpoint to receive events about the email delivery process, loads, and clicks.
For ex. you get an event "emails.delivery.sent" once the email has been successfully sent.

Do you have any integration with any CRMs?
For example, if someone opens an email, pass on the information about it via a Webhook.

We provide both, the SMTP/API and webhooks. Most CRMs need to integrate us, not the otherway around. We are open to helping any CRM that wants to do that.
In the meanwhile you can just use SMTP integration with our automatic suppression list.
